About Me
**Please note I am currently only offering virtual therapy sessions**
I’m Tiffany Schultz, MS, LMHC, DDMHS, a licensed mental health counselor in Seattle, WA. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. I am a National Board Certified Counselor, a member of the Washington Mental Health Counselor's Association, and am certified with Washington State as a Disability Mental Health Specialist (DDMHS).
I believe one of the foundational components of healing is becoming empowered to develop the skills and acquire the tools necessary to manage life's stressors and reach a place of thriving. I use a solution-focused approach and evidence-based interventions to support clients in finding their power to make positive changes and improve their lives. I'm CBT+ certified and utilize cognitive-behavioral interventions to support clients struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and other significant life stressors.
As a Disability Mental Health Specialist, I have spent many years supporting clients with developmental disabilities and their families both as a therapist and previously as a special education teacher. My practice includes parent-coaching support as well as
collaboration with school districts and IEP teams.
